Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy

• Upon receiving the products, the customer must inspect them carefully and ensure the size, color, quantity, and quality are correct and that the products are free from any damage or breakage before signing the delivery note. Once the delivery note is signed without remarks, the company shall not be held responsible for any subsequent claims.

• The customer’s signature on the delivery receipt (paper or digital) shall be considered an acknowledgment that the products were received in good condition and in accordance with the specifications.

• The exchange or return period is 30 days for purchases made through the website or application, starting from the invoice issuance date. No exchange or return request will be accepted without providing the purchase invoice number or the registered mobile number.

• To be eligible for an exchange or return, the customer must return the products at their own expense to the company’s warehouses or via a shipping company, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including the original packaging, all accessories, offers, and gifts received at the time of purchase. The company reserves the sole right to accept or reject the return request.

• Product colors may appear different due to lighting or photography, and this shall not be considered a valid reason for exchange or return, unless the delivered product color is completely different from the ordered color (e.g., receiving black instead of white).

• Products sold as display items, last pieces, or without original packaging are not eligible for exchange, return, or warranty.

• If the customer discovers any defects such as bending, size differences, or color shade variations, the company must be notified within the specified return period and before installation or use. The products must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging and condition. Any use, installation, or failure to report defects within the specified period will void the right to exchange or return.

• The company’s Quality Department is solely responsible for assessing and determining whether a defect is valid. Exchange will only be approved upon confirmation by the Quality Manager that a manufacturing defect exists. If no defect is found, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

• Damaged products or products with manufacturing defects will only be exchanged if the defect or damage is non-repairable. The company is not responsible for damage caused during installation, usage, or improper storage by the customer.

• If the customer wishes to return a product to a showroom or warehouse, a return invoice number must be attached to the product (obtainable through Customer Service). The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if the product is returned without a return invoice number.

Return Policy

• Refunds for returned products will be processed to the same bank account registered under the purchaser’s name on the purchase invoice within 15 business days from the date the warehouse receives the returned products. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their bank details match the name on the invoice.

• In the event of a mismatch in bank details, the refund process will be suspended until the customer updates and corrects the information.

• If the refund is requested via bank card or Apple Pay and the transaction date exceeds 15 days, a manual refund request will be submitted through SAUDI PAYMENTS via the payment service provider. This process may take additional time. Once the claim reference number is received, it will be shared with the customer for follow-up with the bank.

• Shipping fees and any additional charges are non-refundable, whether the return is partial or full.

• No exchange or return requests will be accepted after the expiration of the specified return period.
